    Hello sir,

    Good evening. I am sending a complaint to you regarding deficiency of service. The story goes like this. I travelled in a state government bus from AVC Collge to Mayiladuthurai. The bus belongs to TamilNadu government Kumbakonam region and depot SirKazhi. The registration and route number of the bus is TN-49- 1841 and 384. I seated on the back side and along with college students. The house was not full. I waited for the conductor to get tickets and he never came to back side. At one stage, checking inspectors boarded the bus and asked for the ticket. When the conductor came to the back side I asked him for the ticket and he told me that he handed it over to one of the checking inspectors. I told them about the matter but they did not oblige and asked me why you have not asked for the ticket. The conductor also told me about the same. It is the duty of the conductor to ask for the tickets. Since the bus was not full as the college students have passes for travelling the conductor sat in the front. He never came to the rear side. The checking inspectors told me to pay the fine and I was forced to part with a fine of INR 205. Arguments ensued and finally I payed the fine. They treated with politely and my appreciations for them. They told me that all have bought tickets and you are the only one to travel without a ticket. My pleas were not heeded. I have to hang my head in shame for not buying the ticket as it not my fault. The conductor of the bus is failed to perform his duty in issuing tickets to passengers. Can my case is considered for filing a complaint with you. I am attaching the copy of the bill given to me.

  7. The driver who is riding this bus in which im traveling right now is very very rude.. He scolded me for asking about the departure details. Wanted to fight with a private bus driver. He also insulted a senior citizen for sitting in conductor seat though she was not well. Kindly take necessary steps. I dnt know his name but the bus number is TN 63 N 1527. Time right now is 11. We r travelling from Tanjore re to Kumbakonam.

  11. Tn 30 N1161 dt 12.11.2015 Madurai to salem time 2pm they put board on the bus 1to1but that bus is went dindukal and karur what i ask what is the meaning of that conductor told us that 1to 1 is just formalities thete is no meaning and responsible also worst

Bus from Salem to Chidambaram, I boarded the bus jn Salem bus stand, bus started and travelled for 5minutes suddenly bus stopped, and halted for more than 20 minutes, the reason is the conductor and driver was busing making collections from parcels loading on the top of the bus, this should be avoided at first place when u halt a bus for 20minutes and waste the time of passengers,, it annoys a lot. Bus No TN 30 N 0838 Salem bus Depot. Pls take initiative for streamline this.

  13. Space between seats is very very less in all the buses in Tamil nadu.I traveled in Bangalore to salem non stop bus 1 to 1, but I not able to sit freely. When I travel state government buses in Gujarat/Maharashtra/Karnataka/Kerala I didn't face such problems.Due to this space problem one time I travel in SETC but the condition was very bad and ordinary buses overtaking the SETC bus.
    These buses are fit for 1or2 hour journey but for long travel this system has to change.

  14. TN01 AN 0037 Driver is stopping in all stop . The bus was suppose to start at 4:30AM started at 5:00AM. In all stops halted for 10 min. I was suppose to reach Kanchipuram at 11AM. Still in Vellore

  16. almost all the normal buses why ply between hosur and Chennai are full of cockroaches in all sizes. they come out of the hiding whenever the bus stops. not to say that many of the buses surprisingly even in this 21 century do not have doors. TNSTC has to go a long way in providing minimum comfort to its travelers. And none of the contact numbers shared on the web site are working. they only boast that Chennai has Asia's biggest bus stand. What about the cleanliness? So called Amma will not even step into the entrance of the bus stand because of the way it stinks. Let her work towards calling Chennai bust stand as one of Asia's cleanest bus stop. Size does not matter, quality does matter.

  17. MY SON WAS TRAVEL IN SETC BUS NO TN01AN0916 FROM THAMBARAM TO THURAIYUR ON 23/04/2016 AT 9.00 P.M. THE DRIVER HAVE CHARGED HIM RS. 110.00 FOR HIS SWITCASE(18 KGS WEIGHT) AS PER THE RULES I PERSON IS ALLOW TO TAKE 20 KGS. WHY HE PUT LUGGAE TO MY SON. IN THIS THE CONTACTOR WAS TAKE RS.90.00 EXTRA. WHEN MY SON ASKED WHY I WANT TO GIVE 90 RS TO YOU. FOR THIS THE CONTUCTOR TALD THIS MONEY IS FOR ME. MY SON IS 16 YEARS OLD STUDENT HE IS GOING TO HIS SCHOOL IN THURAIYUR. S M. H.S.S.

    PLEASE GIVE THE EXPLANATION FOR THIS OTHERWISE WE WILL PUT THE CASE IN CONSUMER COURT AGAINST YOUR SERVICE.

    Which is started from Bangalore at 9 am and then he stopped at hotel in krishnagiri which was usual but again it stopped at one mango shop near mathur.i just pissed off is this express or town bus.i hope concern person will take action on this to make sure passenger should not face this kind of issues in future.

  20. Couple of them going on trichy bus
    Travelling for tholudur, perambalur
    There is 50km distance but im bound to pay rs190

    The conductor is a fraud
    Cheating the passengers

    Topay 190 each to travell,. He pushed a co passenger of our bus
    Were in he payed 30 to travell
    But the conductor pushed him near ashok nagar very bad attitude

    Pls note he did not inform us about the bus were its going to depart


    I demand an explanation for this issue

    I tried to travel from Tiruppattur to Hosur on 17th July evening at 4:00pm in Bus No. TN 29 N2656( 1-5 Tiruppattur to Hosur), but conductor Balu not allowing and he asked only Bangalore passenger to get in to Bus, but actually the bus is 1-5 Bus and we don't have any other buses for Hosur except this bus during this time, but he told like there is bus DON"T GETIN INTO BUS and i requested 5-10times as i was travelling with my kids(3Years,7months) and he talking level is very very bad and finally start talking very bad words.

    Even i complaint same in TimeOffice, but NO RESPONSE.

    Please take required action on conductors Balu/Time Officer and he should know how to response to passengers.

  24. i called 0422 2432939 which is given in the tnstc website as customer care number and there was no response..my sister is stranded in coimbatore,as there are no KSRTC buses of karnataka are plying today because of their strike.at 7.10 am we tried to stop a mysore bound TNSTC bus at kurumbapalayam on sathy road.they did not stop as it was point to point.we called KSRTC office at gandhipuram and there was immediate response.it is a pity that our state transport people are not lifting the phone.there is no point in giving the phone number in the website.pl remove it.its a waste.now we dont have a way to speak to TNSTC office helpline coimbatore other than going to thier office in person.if any of the top officials happen to see this comment, pl take serious note and save the dignity of our service.if this is not addressed this may be sent as a complaint our chief minister's cell.

    I am feeling bad while writing this complaint against the bus conductor of Tamil nadu transport - Villupuram Depo... Today date is 2nd Aug 16, I was waiting at cuddalore bus stand for Chennai bus @ 10.00PM.At that time I saw that cuddalore to Chennai bus arrived but it's a bypass rider (I,e Via Pondy, Tindivanam, Chennai), but I felt travelling Via ECR will be good..so i get in to the bus and plan to get down in Pondy,after will go for ECR rider like.. Once bus starts moving out from cuddlore bus stand at 10.10 PM , conductor came to me Named Mr.Gunasekaran Employee No:3242. and asked to get ticket , I gave him Rs.100/- But he asked me the change of RS.14/-.i said I am having all of RS.100/- only and gave Rs.4/- also.. But he replied that I am not having change any more to give so he forced me to get down from the bus at next stopping due non availability of change for Rs.100/-.Is it the way that conductor act and replies to the public.. Requesting you to take immediate action against that conductor for such irregular activity with public.

    I wanted to post my worst experience with SETC driver. I was travelling from central to porur via maduraivoyal on my Alto car. Due to heavy traffic on 20th august 2016, all vehicles were moving inch by inch at maduraivoyal. The bus driver (bald headed bastard)of SETC UD TN01 N 7598 hit my car at rear right door, and then continued to scratch front right door and over view mirror also. He didnt even cared to stop and visit the damage caused by him. Any good driver will see mirror while overtaking vahicles, i dont know if he really knows driving or he is from an uncivilized barbarian. I tried overtaking him on inner ring road and he is behaving in such an uncivilized manner. IF THIS COULD HAVE HAPPENED BY CENTRAL GOVT employee AND COMPLAINT RAISED OVER TWITTER COPYING MINISTER I COULD EXPECT A PROMPT RESPONSE BUT I SHOULD NOT EXPECT THE SAME FROM THIS TN STATE GOVT. shame on us

  37. Bus number (registration number) 3082 is not stopping at ITI stop in the morning (18-11+2016 7:40 am) while passengers are waiting. Bus is running with lot of seats vacant. The driver is least bothered to collect passengers and those who wanted to go their office at Coimbatore is getting delayed due this act if TNSTC driver.

    Trip: Bangalore to salem (contd. theni)
    Time: arrived madiwala at 3:00 AM
    Conductor picked passengers including krishnagiri,dharmapuri and salem at madiwala(in bangalore).
    When he had high salem passengers , after crossing some distance he decided to drive as 1 to 1 schedule
    and he dropped all other passengers in HOSUR during midnight. Passengers suffered a lot. Please take necessary action to the respective conductor,
    so others wont do the same in future.
